After researching cars for the past several months, I decided to car shop this weekend. Since my last car purchase was 8 years ago in another state, I wasn't sure where to begin my search. After narrowing down the type of car I wanted to a couple options, I went online to look at local dealerships. I found several located within a few miles of my home, but chose to drive a little further to Priority Toyota after seeing the favorable ratings on this website. It was the right decision! From the moment I stepped out of my car, I was warmly greeted - not attacked, not pressured - only treated with kindness and respect. I'm not an easy sell, but thanks to an awesome salesman, Daniel DeBrow, I left that day elated with a new Camry. It's rare in the car sales industry to find someone with character and integrity, but that's exactly what I experienced. He not only provided me with information to make an informed decision, but even encouraged me to drive both the Camry and another make of car that had been traded in and was on my list to consider purchasing. Special thanks also to Louis Lucas for helping make the numbers work, and to Rick Llewellyn who jumped in to assist when it was time to take possession of the car. I had my brakes changed, after which I could hear a clicking sound in my right front wheel. This distubed me since it was my wheel. After bringing my car back twice to Priority Toyota to find the sourc clicking sound in my right front wheel. This distubed me since it was my wheel. After bringing my car back twice to Priority Toyota to find the source of the clicking sound, on the second visit, the source of the sound was discovered. The hubcap cover was the source of the clicking sound. The mechanical work done to fix the brakes was done perfectly. The discovery was adriotly and quickly made by the team captain, Miles Morton, obviously based on his great experience and training. Thoughout this whole episode, all service persons involved, especially the Service Administrator Terry Richmond, and the other mechanics were very friendly, professional with very positive attitudes trying to find the problem. Because of the positive vibes and the good outcome, I was not at all annoyed by the situation. More

Everyone was great - very friendly and accommodating to myself and my 5 year old son. I was apprehensive about visiting because I didn't want to be taken advantage of as a woman. I had a great experience with them. Colby found me a great car and made it possible to get it into my price range since it was originally priced much higher than I was willing to pay. I did have to do a lot of negotiating with them because the manager did not want to let it go for such a deal, but knowing that there was another dealership with the same car and cheaper price she finally put it down to the price that I could afford. I was trying to purchase a vehicle originaly from Hyundai and I went there to hyundai and found a Honda Accord that I was going to purchase so the salesman told me to go home and get the title to my car and and I went there to hyundai and found a Honda Accord that I was going to purchase so the salesman told me to go home and get the title to my car and paystubs and that he would hold the car for me I said ok came back to the dealership one hour later with everything they needed and they told me that they sold the car because the other person had cash so I was very upset then I went to toyota and immediately I got service with Daniel Rivera and he found the exact car I was looking for at the right price and the right payments and at the end of my purchase I could never be more happier. I did not have one complaint about Priority Toyota. I have purchase 4 Vehicles total and if I was to purchase any more it would be from Priority Toyota and I would definitely keep Daniel as my salesman he is the best salesman that I have ever purchased a car from hes quick gets straight to the point about what I want to buy and exactly what I am looking for so I would definitely reccomend anyone to purchase a car from him. I was referred to Mr. Rivera. From the moment we were introduced I felt comfortable working with him. I was in the market for a used vehicle. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Priority Toyota in Chester, VA. It was my first experience with this dealership and I have to say that my husband and I believe that it was our best car buying exper in Chester, VA. Our wonderful salesperson, Daniel DeBrow, warmly greeted us when we arrived and he turned out to be such a pleasure to work with. He is one of the most honest, genuine and professional salespeople we have ever dealt with. He really has the best interest of his customers at heart and goes above and beyond to exceed the customer's expectations. Daniel also introduced us to the used car manager Jeannine McDevitt. Together they demonstrated great team work and customer service while bringing us a better deal than we could ever have imagined. We shopped around a lot and had done a lot of homework, and the deal was still better than what we thought it would be! You can tell that they really make the customer and the customer's needs a "Priority" at Priority Toyota! They truly want us to be customers for life and Daniel even came right out and asked us to be his customers for life! We had very specific interests and needs regarding our purchase, which were all met, and we never felt like we were being pushed or talked into a different deal than what we ultimately wanted. I must say that the "Priorities for Life" are also a huge selling point as well as the free manicures, which all of my friends are already jealous about. I have already told everyone that I know about our wonderful purchase experience and we plan to continue to sing the praises of Daniel, Jeannine and the wonderful experience we had at Priority Toyota.
