From the beginning of the drop off experience to the pick up of my vehicle after hours, everyone was friendly and helpful. I did not get the name of the two gentlemen who assisted me after normal service hours. They deserve a shout out as well. My husband watched from a distance as he waited in another vehicle and he was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism. I told him that it was nice that it was not just a "here's your car and later" experience. The person who handed off the car made a personal connection by noting our commonality with our schools. I appreciate his going out of his way to make that personal connection. Each person I interacted with did that. It was not forced. I went there for the maintenance for my vehicle, which I could get anywhere. I will come back because of their friendliness. More

The only deficiency I have with Loyalty Toyota is the amount of time it takes to service a vehicle. They need to hire more people or take a long look at how they process vehicles. My 10,000 mile service took a little more 2 1/2 hours. Customers time is valuable also. More
Be prepared to wait an hour and half every single time you get all through the doors. Severely understaffed for dealership priced service. You take your car in for service and they seem to find 100 other things that need to be done that you did not ask them to check.. I call to have a Catalytic converter put in and they wanted to charge me an additional 140.00 for them to see which converter needed change, for additional money, granted if you take your car in for an oil change they use that same little device to let you know everything else wrong with your car. I call to talk with service manage Calvin Shea and he was so condescending and saying things that was not appropriate to say to a customer. This Service department has also cheated my 89 yr old mother plenty of time. They really try and get over on the elderly. Sick of This dealership. Can't stand to go. I call for upper management to call me back and have not received a call yet. Never will buy another car from them again. More

Priorty blows This place is garbage. Stay away. The salesman will smile in your face and promise the world to you to make a sale. But when the garbage they sell do This place is garbage. Stay away. The salesman will smile in your face and promise the world to you to make a sale. But when the garbage they sell doesnt perform to your expectations... you are on your own. Priority Totota doesnt stand behind what they sell and Toyota corporate doesnt either. My advice...switch to another manufacturer like Kia who makes a much better car without the recalls and quality issues Toyota has!! More

After speaking with 5-7 dealers I knew what price range I needed to be in to make a purchase. I called Priority Toyota of Richmond (because they were my closest dealer) and told them that I wanted a Silver 2019 Camry SE with black interior and that I already had multiple quotes from other dealerships. The internet sales manager asked if I could send my quote so they could try to match the price. They then sent me an estimate that was hundreds higher than my best estimate but I was just going to pay that to keep it local and save myself a drive to D.C/Fredericksburg. Due to this I cancelled my appointment with another dealer. Once I wasted 40 minutes (each way) driving to the dealership I met with the salesman David (for the record he was top notch and very nice) and he started showing me cars. He noticed when I got there that the car I was sent a quote for had a grey interior and brought it to my attention since he knew that's not what I wanted or asked for. I told him that I wanted the black interior so he went to pull the final paperwork. When he came back the total that was already agreed upon jumped by over $500. He talked to his manager since he knew that we had a pre-existing agreement and that was the only reason I even came in. The manager agreed and went back to "see what he could do" and talk to another manager. That manager said that the best he could do was still hundreds more than we agreed upon so I walked out and left due to principal. I am in a sales role myself and one thing I've learned over the years is that your word is your bond. If you make a verbal or written agreement don't wait until the customer drives out of their way to then try to jack up the price. If I was sent the wrong quote because of a screw up on the dealers end (I made the wanted specs VERY CLEAR on the phone and even David attested to that in front of his manager) then they should have eaten the $400 because it was the right thing to do and would have gained a lifetime customer. This is what they call "bad business". Moral of the story, if you are driving out of your way to visit this place due to a quote given be very cautious!!!!! There is a very real chance that it will not be the same when you get there. Rant over. More
