Service department refuses to fix the problem with my media ports because it is an intermittent problem and they can’t replicate it. Options are for the tech to keep the car until it happens or I pay for a diagnostic or just drop live with the problem. Customers word is no good. I would highly recommend you buy at a different dealership. Free oil changes aren’t worth it. It is cheaper to pay for the oil changes and find a better dealer. More

I couldn’t ask for anyone better! He’s professional, and makes certain that my vehicle get’s the care it requires to run smoothly and safely as possible. I had a service scheduled for 27 July 2022 but as luck would have it my left front tire was losing tire pressure and became a big concern so I drove my car into the bay at Loyalty’s Service Department and requested David Busby. He saw the problem right away and I told him that the tire had been losing air over a week’s period. Turns out the tire had a nail embedded in it! So new tire and David asked me if I would like the car serviced yesterday on July 18th since it was already back in the bay with a mechanic replacing the tire. I agreed to have everything done while the car was there saving me another trip on the 27th. I had no appointment on the 18th and Loyalty Toyota was already very busy when I drove in yesterday but they took me in took care of my car and I left a happy camper! No one could ask for better service and my service advisor is just the best! More
