Beware of this dealership. Bought like new rav4, windshield leaked like a river in rain. They said it was clips that it needed. Clips on line were 30 dollars for a bag full. More

Mrs Schnell, I am sorry to hear about your recent frustration with the used vehicle you purchased back in January. We strive to make sure every service visit is an enjoyable one. While you did bring the vehicle in for a complaint, we have to diagnose it to find the problem so it can be fixed. However, there is a cost associated with that. We waived that fee for you to help lower the costs for you. Being the vehicle is out of Toyotas New Car warranty that is why you had to absorb the cost for the repairs. While you can buy a bag of clips online, they still need to be installed. We made the appropriate repair using Toyota parts that comes with a 12 month warranty. Our technician did run the vehicle through the carwash a few times after the repair to verify there were no further leaks.
