I purchased my Vehicle a few years ago at the time I thought it was a good deal. But after looking at the benefits they said they were giving me for purchasing the car. It has cost me more money. When they sold me the AUL Warranty they said it would take care of the power train, and it was the best warranty I could get. Incorrect, the engine went, they paid only a portion, and I ended up spending a lot of money for the car and a heart ache before it was fixed. Warranty company makes it very difficult to get the car fixed and returned to me. I refuse to purchase another car from them. When you take it in the have the car service, they want to fix things that don't need fixing. All done with them, they really don't care about you, they just want to make money. That they did, so I will not refer to any one buyer beware. This is an update from the previous review I wrote. I was contacted by the general manager; he inquired about the issues I had and worked to improve the situation. He spoke with AUL, and I was reimbursed for most of the repairs I had to pay above my deductible. I appreciate the help I received from the General Manager. He provided me with great service and asked me to bring my car back to be serviced with them. Thank you for your assistance, and kindness to me. My contact with this dealer has always been pleasant as everyone has been professional and helpful. When I checked in for auto butler service Keyone Louis quickly explained that the service would take seve everyone has been professional and helpful. When I checked in for auto butler service Keyone Louis quickly explained that the service would take several hours and offered me the option to wait for the car or a courtesy ride home so that I wouldn’t have to just sit in the waiting room for hours. I opted for a ride home. When the service was done, Keyone called me and arranged for me to be picked up. He got my RAV4 and drove it to the service door for me. I cannot think of any negative comment I could make concerning my contact with this dealer. More
