The personal service was recognizably a focus of my service advisor, Michelle Watko.. She was very attentive to my needs and although she could not do one of the items I asked, she was polite and expla service advisor, Michelle Watko.. I really don’t like going to dealerships for service work but have Priorities for Life and that was a big reason why I bought my vehicle there. But, I trust Loyalty to do things right, the first time. Anywhere you get work done on a vehicle it seems expensive so why not get it done right. The one thing I especially appreciated was when I was given a list of extra items they suggested I have done on the vehicle (over $3,300), I asked if I could do them myself and there was no extreme pressure to get them done then and now. Although I did select one item from the list to have done. Thank you Michelle. It was my lucky day to get you as a service advisor. I hope I get you again. More
