Mike Myers was excellent as always even though it was just a state inspection this time. He told me up front that it was going to take a little longer than normal but knowing this in advance is preferab just a state inspection this time. David Busby called me first thing Monday morning about my car that I dropped off Sunday evening. He was professional and explained clearly what was needed. He called me back twice to discuss findings since car that I dropped off Sunday evening. He was professional and explained clearly what was needed. Poor customer service. Sales person made promised that were never fulfilled. They were supposed to deliver car after being cleaned and detailed. STRESSED that I needed the car by 3 p.m. for appointment. R were never fulfilled. They were supposed to deliver car after being cleaned and detailed. STRESSED that I needed the car by 3 p.m. for appointment. Received call at 1 p.m. that car was ready. They showed up 45 min late. As of today, 7/24 car is still not titled through DMV. Daughter was pulled over because cop said plates are not registered to anyone. Received several notices from bank because they have not received notification from DMV that they are a lien holder on the car. Have called dealership several times no response. More
