The personal service was recognizably a focus of my service advisor, Michelle Watko.. But, I trust Loyalty to do things right, the first time. Anywhere you get work done on a vehicle it seems expensive so why not get it done right. The one thing I especially appreciated was when I was given a list of extra items they suggested I have done on the vehicle (over $3,300), I asked if I could do them myself and there was no extreme pressure to get them done then and now.
