I purchased a 2013 Corvette roughly 2 weeks ago for $39000 with taxes and fees. By the time we finished with the paperwork it was about 11:30. Surprisingly when I asked about a warranty I was told it w $39000 with taxes and fees. By the time we finished with the paperwork it was about 11:30. Surprisingly when I asked about a warranty I was told it was as is I said no 30 day or 1000 mile they said no, I then asked what about drivetrain for life they said that was on 2016 or newer vehicles but you’ll get state inspection and oil changes for as long as you own the vehicle, with all there TV ads and signage in the showroom none of this is mentioned imagine on a $39000 car. I wanted the car so it is what it is. So we set up that I could pick the car up at 5:00 pm it would be ready they had to check everything change the oil and detail the car. When I arrived in I met with Hassan my salesperson he told me everything was ready but it had a bad speaker which they had to order it would be in Wednesday they will call me when it’s in. On my drive home on I-95 a light came on saying low fuel so I had to scramble to find a station when I did stop I called Hassan and voiced my displeasure also I said the oil wasn’t changed as indicated on the DIC, he said hang on let me check with service, when he came back he said it was changed they just forgot to reset it, he said when I come back for the speaker replacement they would fill the tank and detail the car, Wednesday came and I hadn’t got a call my fault my phone is set up to not recognize calls unless in my contacts but does go to voicemail so no message. Finally I set up for Today at 9:00 am, I arrived at 9 and I told Hassan I had a doctors appointment at 1:00 and it shouldn’t take more than an hour to replace a speaker, he said let me check with the service department, he came back and said he didn’t know if he could get to it right away I said I have a 9:00 am appointment I’m here what’s the problem, it doesn’t work that way we have a schedule we go by so I said an appointment isn’t really an appointment and I saw how many people were sitting in the waiting area no way was I getting out of there by 1:00 and so I drove 35 miles one way for nothing. I would say when you buy a vehicle here make sure your ducks are all in a row. More
I was really pleased with the way I was treated while at the dealership. Damien Whitehead did a great job explaining everything about the deal and the Tacoma itself. Karen did a great job helping as well. I the dealership. Damien Whitehead did a great job explaining everything about the deal and the Tacoma itself. Karen did a great job helping as well. We have owned and driven Toyotas for 50 YEARS now, and all but two were purchased at Martin Toyota, now Loyalty Toyota. We have received excellent service from Loyalty Toyota and have had to pay very little repair bills over the past 50 years. Toyotas seem to be built to run forever with proper care. And that brings us to MICHAEL STITH, a service writer at Loyalty! I have found Michael to be a very professional and a very friendly gentleman who knows his job and performs it very well. He always has a smile and it's a pleasure to deal with him. After proof reading this it seems that It might appear that I have an interest in Loyalty Toyota. No interest, just a satisfied half century customer. An Old Virginia Jarhead More
Bailey Romain is very courteous and kept me informed through out the day. I prefer to deal with the same person each time I need something, so I hope he finds this job to be a good career for himself. through out the day.
