Joey (I don't know his last name)was my mechanic, he was very professional and friendly, even took me to the back to show me what was going on with my car, I really appreciated that, since it was just a rock causing the noise I was hearing, and I could have easily been charged a great deal of money for something else that wasn't causing the problem. Thanks for your honesty Joey and stewart. Keep up the good work More
I went to Loyalty Toyota located in Chester to buy a Toyota Highlander XLE on June 8th 2021 and was offered a price of 43,362 for the vehicle and 28k for trade in for my vehicle and It seems to be bit o Toyota Highlander XLE on June 8th 2021 and was offered a price of 43,362 for the vehicle and 28k for trade in for my vehicle and It seems to be bit on the higher side so decided not to purchase the vehicle and came home. On June 19th their sales man named Hassan texted me stating they will offer a new Toyota Highlander at 40K out the door with all the tax title and other fees. This is the he exact text which I received from Hassan(Good morning it’s Hassan from Loyalty Toyota, we have Father’s Day promotion today 2021 xle Highlander midnight black exterior and black interior, all wheel drive just like the other one for $40k out the door today only).I texted him back stating I am not interested in black color and may be interested if they have Blue and he agreed he will do 40k for blue with 28k for my trade in and I went to the dealership, Test drove the vehicle and he comes up with 45k otd price for the vehicle. Enquired about the price which I received stated 40k but now ur showing me 45k he said he was confused and I requested to speak with their General manager and Ferley perkins came and explained it mistake from the sales person and they cannot honor 40k out the door. This was kind of frustrating thing when the delearship play games with the customer. Really don’t understand they texted they will offer the vehicle and after going to the delearship driving 1 hr from my home and they say they cannot offer at the price which was intitial given by their sales person.I don’t think they deserve the name Loyalty Toyota when they are not loyal to what they confirmed.I hope Dave Perno who gave an interview stating they will be loyal to the customers have a look at this and see why this happened and what he needs to get this corrected. I have documentation of the date and sales price texts which I received from the sales person Hassan. More
