David Busby called me first thing Monday morning about my car that I dropped off Sunday evening. He was professional and explained clearly what was needed. Poor customer service. Sales person made promised that were never fulfilled. They were supposed to deliver car after being cleaned and detailed. Daughter was pulled over because cop said plates are not registered to anyone. Received several notices from bank because they have not received notification from DMV that they are a lien holder on the car. Have called dealership several times no response. More
