My service advisor Wes Brown did a Great Job with addressing my concerns about my 2007 Landcruiser. Went in for a "free" oil change and "free" inspection. Walked out with a $400 bill for replacing an LED brake light that I verified was working 45 minutes before I went in for the "free" service. My opinion is that Priority/Loyalty uses the "free" services as a means to bait honest, hard working people in, and then "find" things wrong in order to pay for all of the purportedly "free" services they offer. I will never buy another vehicle from this business. "Free" is definitely not free at this business !!! More

Mr. Mike Myers is very helpful, respectfully, and caring.. He is so awesome. He did his best to help me understand the needs for my vehicle.
