Mr. Mills, I am sorry to read that you feel we were not honest with you as that is never our intention. I looked at your file and noticed you came in for a Virginia State Inspection and part of the requirements of State Inspection are that brake lights have to work during the inspection. When we perform these checks they are to make you are aware of the condition of your vehicle at that present time. Whether you choose to have us perform the additional services or have someone else perform them is your decision.
