I looked into the appointment and you were scheduled to drop your vehicle off and leave it with us throughout the day due to our availability. For whatever reason you were waiting with the vehicle which does increase the wait time for service as we have many other customers who were originally scheduled to wait during those times. While we strive to be as efficient as possible your service in reality took 10 minutes longer than normal of a scheduled waiting appointment.
