During my visit to service my vehicle at Loyalty Toyota in Colonial Heights, VA I had the pleasure of being assisted by Wes. He’s customer service was excellent. He was very helpful. Wes kept me up to dat in Colonial Heights, VA I had the pleasure of being assisted by Wes. He’s customer service was excellent. He was very helpful. Wes kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle and the service was done timely. I did however had to purchase some parts which at no fault of Wes was a little pricey in comparison to other stores or even via the Toyota online store. But Wes got me a discount on the diagnostic. No repair was done as I opted to do the repair myself but the diagnostic was spot on. I give Wes 5 stars but as far as price for parts a 3. More
