I took my car in for a routine oil change, only 34,000 miles on it, NO check engine light on, NO leaks, NO problems with it. I was told I have an oil leak and would cost $3800. I called my husband who sai miles on it, NO check engine light on, NO leaks, NO problems with it. I was told I have an oil leak and would cost $3800. I called my husband who said that part doesn’t usually go bad until closer to 100,000 miles and to bring it home. I was called 2 days later and I told GM would take off approximately $900, so I scheduled service for 3 1/2 weeks later bc that was the ONLY week I had 2 consecutive days off from work. Lucas called me back the same day to tell me it would cost more due to increase mileage and they would need to resubmit to GM for the discount. I told them that I could have it there next week if they had a loaner for me, and they NEVER called me back. After talking with people at work, I decided to schedule a routine diagnostic at another facility and there was NOT any mention of an oil leak. I will NOT be back for any service or another car purchase! More
