Pushy,ignorant ,rude,nasty ,and I could go on! I used a true car form,and you get prices.now this dealer will not stop harassing me.Tammy has left about 20 messages over two months !I had to block I used a true car form,and you get prices.now this dealer will not stop harassing me.Tammy has left about 20 messages over two months !I had to block her number.Now she's texting me.After I didn't respond she texted again.I finally just responded with two words that should of made anyone with common sense not try again,but this so called lady had to keep it up.Finally called to have a Manager I believe Bob tell her leave me alone.This guy was more ignorant and would not listen.I can see why they have the worst ratings.If Lucas was the last car dealer on earth,I'd walk.I placed harassment reports with the proper authorities.What a bunch of Unprofessional people.Stay clear there are still nice dealers out there,but Lucas is not one of them.A manager should just say,I'm sorry sir she won't bother you again!Not this dealer ,simply horrible. The Internet manager, Chris Hurff, had everything set up and ready to go before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. Upon arrival, I had the pleasure of meeting Chris. He introduced me to Ryan Gainey, who took me on a test drive and processed the sale. I cant say enough about either one of these gentleman. They made the entire experience enjoyable. I love my new Camaro! Good luck in the new building! I look forward to seeing it when its completed. Thanks again guys! More
Dodged a bullet I was shopping for cars and went to Lucas Chevrolet. I test drove a 2014 Cruze that I liked well enough to turn in a credit application. Because my I was shopping for cars and went to Lucas Chevrolet. I test drove a 2014 Cruze that I liked well enough to turn in a credit application. Because my credit is not great I knew it could be challenging to find financing but had done enough homework to know that lots of credit applications can further damage credit. I specifically told my salesperson to turn it in to no more than 3 lenders. I got a call from the GM a couple of hours later that he had an approval from one lender, had heard back from several others and had a few more he was waiting on. Doing the math that tells me they didn't listen. I asked him what the payments would be since I had specified no more than $300 per month. He wouldn't tell me. I left him messages over the next two days and got no calls. After I texted the salesperson telling him to forget it he called me back. Still all he would tell me was that I was approved but didn't know how much the payments were going to be. I finally explained that if I was having this much trouble getting answers before buying the car, I couldn't imagine what a hassle it would be to get problems resolved after the purchase and that I would not do business with them! I'm so grateful that I dodged the bullet of years of headaches dealing with the games Lucas sales and management staff clearly use as their model of business. I ended up going to a very nice Chevrolet dealership (thank you Elkins Chevrolet for being a GREAT & hassle-free experience :) ) where I got straightforward answers and no games. (check out my 5-star review of THAT dealer for more specifics.) If you are thinking about a Chevrolet product, keep driving and go to Marlton instead! More

I took it to a certified Chevy shop and they said that it would take weeks to get the car fix. I just ended up getting a new car from another dealership, but ended up loosing money on a trade because the car I bought from Lucas was not running after only two weeks. More

Don't buy a used car from these crooks ! These people are crooks, They sold me a used car that they knew had important safety issues, and they willingly chose not to revel them. Less then a month after I purchased this car from them in New Jersey it failed the Pennsylvania state safety inspection, and required a $1,000.00 repair bill to pass. When I contacted them initially, Kevin Midure ignored me completely, and Ryan Gainey flat out lied, telling me his manager would contact me within the week. Over a month later when I sent a letter about this to the manager, Tom Kilroy, he refused to own up and reimburse me for even half the repairs, and only was willing to try and force me to accept another trade, as if I would trust them enough to continue doing business with them. All I asked for was to be reimbursed for half the cost of the repairs that were needed to pass the Pennsylvania state safety inspection less than a month after purchasing the vehicle, and instead I was ignored, lied to, and bullied. These people are crooks, and they don't care about their customers. Do not do business with them. More

On the 1st visit they pulled a code of a bad speed input sensor they replaced it under powertrain warranty. When I pick up the car all seemed well until the drive home. All the issues I complained about we're still present. No big deal being that transmission are very complexed. Now when I arrived home I decided to take a peek underneath my car and I see transmission fluid dripping from the frame. I call up lucus to let them know about it they told me to drop it off in the morning to make sure it wasn't leaking. Drop it off in the morning and I let them know that nothing has changed they didn't seem to care and blew that off. When I pick it up they told me that it just wasn't cleaned which is unacceptable. Week or so goes by I decided to drop it off again to see if they can pull any new codes on the computer. Nope nothing even after they put 55 miles on my car test driving it. So I decided to try a different dealership. I choose to take it to reedmen toll in Langhorne pa. I told them what has happen as I have told you in this review and they told me sounds like they didn't wanna work on it. So today I received word that they were able to duplicate all the symptoms which were rough shifting shuddering. Also a sound of metal being tossed around inside of a metal housing. The car needs a new transmission. They diagnosed this all in one day. So if your thinking lucus I'd think again. More
