Poor follow up by Salesman We had $500 dollars repairs on 2010 We were told it needed $5000 additional to repair problems. This would not be a good decision. Jerry was suppose to include this money in the newer Equinox. It was not done. I also bought a net for the back of car. When I came back to pick up net, I was stopped by the Store manager and I was told I needed to pay this money. He took me to the cashier and made sure I paid this money. I was very embarrassed. I was a salesman for 40 years this is not how you treat a good customer. I will tell my friends not to use your company, We had bought cars at Reedman Langhorne in the past. Great staff and quick. I now have had 2 cars from lucas. Within 2 minutes of stepping in I was helped and got to business. I wanted a 19 camaro ss. Got me out of my car I was upside down in and the price I was asking. Best part I was in and out in short of 2 hours driving my new car home. Fast and friendly staff.
