The service was great. I got everything addressed that I needed to. I will say when I dropped off the car and explained my issue the person taking the info did not captur I got everything addressed that I needed to. I will say when I dropped off the car and explained my issue the person taking the info did not capture the info correctly. When I called the next day no one knew what needed to be fixed. To improve make sure the intake notes are recorded correctly or use the detailed description I wrote when I submitted the online form for the appointment. That had everything, but no one used it.
