This is the second time that I have had a bad experience with this dealership, you said I needed new brakes but when my brakes were looked at at a different body and brake shop they seem that you never too with this dealership, you said I needed new brakes but when my brakes were looked at at a different body and brake shop they seem that you never took the tire off to check the brakes in the back, very disappointed More

Check their service work before you leave. Some people expect a dealership to provide a higher standard of workmanship than a local repair shop. Especially for oil changes. They rounded off my oil pan plu expect a dealership to provide a higher standard of workmanship than a local repair shop. Especially for oil changes. They rounded off my oil pan plug and torqued it so tight I could not change the oil myself. I returned with the simple request for them to loosen the plug so I could change the oil myself. After an hour, they did not fix the problem. More

This center appears to be very unprofessional at times of service, when they see you standing, waiting for a service person’s help and keep right on typing on the computer.
