My decision was made a lot easier, given that you are not just the closest dealer but you didn’t add on ridiculous up charge due to shortage. Like much of your competition has. Horrible customer service from the reps in the service department. They indicated my vehicle was repaired after completing two repairs. I went in to update my mylink system and instead they break it charge me the first visit and order me a new one which I paid half for.
