i had my 2011 chevy camaro checked because it got hot (only) when in idle. they told me it was the thermostat, even though i told them that the thermostat was new. they wanted to charge me over $500 for (only) when in idle. they told me it was the thermostat, even though i told them that the thermostat was new. they wanted to charge me over $500 for the replacement. i drove it to another repair shop, they checked everything and found that there were air bubbles from having a new water pump put in. (Lucas Chevrolet did the waterpump replacement earlier)...the shop bled the hoses and everything was good. my car never got hot again! when i dropped my car off at Lucas Chevrolet I could only speak to the receptionist, a mechanic never talked to me, i insisted that it couldn't be the thermostat, but they ignored it! total rip off! and not good business More

This dealership was not honest with us. Everything we were told was different when we went to finalize the paperwork. The price for the new car was a $1,000 more and the price for the trade in was $500 l were told was different when we went to finalize the paperwork.
