Salesman and finance woman were excellent they worked with me and answered any questions I had. But the cleanup crew was horrible I had to have them take the truck back and clean it again because there w with me and answered any questions I had. But the cleanup crew was horrible I had to have them take the truck back and clean it again because there was multiple spots that were not cleaned I could still see the glue where the window sticker was on the rear window. I found a small chip in the rear left door I advised the salesman he saw it and had me get in contact with the service department to get it taken care of I opted to get a touch up paint pen and do it myself but I was still charged for the paint pen More

I know you're a dealership and this is my first time with a new car and going to a dealership for maintenance, but I was a little disappointed in the way things were communicated to me. Every other place I h a new car and going to a dealership for maintenance, but I was a little disappointed in the way things were communicated to me. Every other place I have ever been would come and tell me such things as... We rotated the tires and did a 23 point check and everything is ok... And so on. All I got was, your done. Okay... Well I'm thinking, how was everything? Now, I know the car only has 11000 miles on it. But still, talk to me. It's not like I can see what you are doing in the back. Who knows, you could just be topping off the oil and reset the computer, wait a half hour and then come say you're done. I guess I am just use to better communication. I do have to say thank you to Bob for checking on how much my fee would be. being that it was MY first oil change it was free. I guess I shouldn't complain. More
