Took some time We spent significant time reviewing what we wanted w/George our salesman. One thing we had to have was a tow hitch. Silly us for not bringing a flashlight b/c we did not notice until the nest morning there was no hitch on our new truck! After returning to dealer George clearly didn’t know what to do & initially referred us to a place outside the dealership to buy a hitch! We insisted on speaking w/George’s boss & the sales manager (forget his name) made it right but ordering us a hitch to be installed. Hopefully, service will be good & we won’t have to wait too long for the installation. More

I have a2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 ltz z71 8 speed transmission. It’s had a vibration from the day I bought it. Still not fixed! Poor follow up by Salesman We had $500 dollars repairs on 2010 We were told it needed $5000 additional to repair problems. This would not be a good decision. Jerry was suppose to include this money in the newer Equinox. It was not done. I also bought a net for the back of car. When I came back to pick up net, I was stopped by the Store manager and I was told I needed to pay this money. He took me to the cashier and made sure I paid this money. I was very embarrassed. I was a salesman for 40 years this is not how you treat a good customer. I will tell my friends not to use your company, We had bought cars at Reedman Langhorne in the past.
