I brought my 2020 Ram 1500 in for a speed sensitive rub / grind noise, I replace the front rotors and pads and had the rear pads replaced. They said it was the rear brakes . I was skeptical but let them do i grind noise, I replace the front rotors and pads and had the rear pads replaced. They said it was the rear brakes . I was skeptical but let them do it. For $750.00. Got my truck back and the noise was still there. They said the front axles had a little play, I said I would replace them. When I looked at the inner axle joint it was about ready to fall off. That is where the noise came from. The mechanics and service manager are incompetent. I would have willingly told them to replace the axles if they said it was the problem. I will NEVER return here nor will I ever recommend anyone there. The dealer is supposed to be the best . You couldn’t even find and fix a simple axle shaft. More

Upon entering the service department, all three advisors looked up at me but did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance. I stood there waiting until the cashier eventually told me that someone would be looked up at me but did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance. I stood there waiting until the cashier eventually told me that someone would be with me shortly. There was no sense of urgency or acknowledgment from the service advisors. Had I been a different type of customer, I feel I would have been acknowledged and assisted immediately rather than left standing there waiting for someone to help me.I More
