I called in and spoke to service desk while the van was there. I asked them to listen to engine because it's ticking. I wanted to know if that was normal because the pentastar engine is known for failing r there. I asked them to listen to engine because it's ticking. I wanted to know if that was normal because the pentastar engine is known for failing rocker arm bearings. I just wanted to know if engine sounded right. Service person said they put a note in for tech to check. It was never done. I ask about this again when picking up the van. I know I can bring it back and have the engine taken apart and have the rocker arms, lifters, cam shaft, etc checked, but I just wanted the tech who knows these engines and works on them daily to listen to it for 30 seconds. They had a chance to do this before I left, it would of taken 30 seconds. I know it wouldn't offer me a definitive answer, but would have made a happy customer. More
