My last service was very good. The staff was very honest with me this time, unlike my previous service where I was told my tires were “dangerous”, that the “cords were showing”. That really did not inspire trust, it isn’t my first day. I know the condition of my tires, this time I was told I hat they were getting close, which I appreciate. I had bought a 3 service package, and still have one service left, if it weren’t for that I would have gone elsewhere. More

I was far from home when my transmission pan leaked from a strike from an object in the road. I called Lucas and they were HONEST - they likely would not have time to look at my car until the following week. I really didn’t have many choices! So I dropped off my vehicle and rented a car. The NEXT day, Kate called me telling me the mechanic had a chance to look at the problem. Again, giving me an HONEST assessment of the problem - the transmission pan needed replacement, but there was no guarantee that the transmission wasn’t damaged (of course my expectation was for the worst). I instructed Kate to proceed with the repairs. The following day, the car was repaired - at a discount from the price quoted. Additionally, there were suggestions on other maintenance that I had been putting off. That too was completed - and discounted. Kate was the face of your dealership - and it was a great face! The mechanic too - whose face remains unseen - was a star. I was extremely pleased that the car was fixed properly and in such an expeditious manner! A big thank you to both! I only wish your dealership was closer to home for me! More

Went in for an oil change had no issues, workers were polite. Only observation was my car wasn’t taken to the bays until 20 after my appointment started and it was the first appointment of the day. I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for an appointment on Saturday at 8AM. When I came in to check in and wait with the car, I was told there would be an approximate 2 hour wait because of the appointment on Saturday at 8AM. When I came in to check in and wait with the car, I was told there would be an approximate 2 hour wait because of the number of scheduled services and they were short on techs for the day. I was able to have someone come pick me up even though I had scheduled the service as wait because normally it only takes 1 hour to finish. I didn't get a call that it was ready for pickup until after lunch. It wasn't a huge issue and I got my car back same day but maybe the scheduling needs to be looked at to make sure it isn't overbooked for appointments. More
