A very very good expereince We were given honest feedback on the braking system of our 2016 Jeep Wrangler. My wife felt the brakes were soft and I thought the brakes were fine. W We were given honest feedback on the braking system of our 2016 Jeep Wrangler. My wife felt the brakes were soft and I thought the brakes were fine. We brought our Jeep into Lucas and they told us the brakes were fine. Lucas did end up bleeding the brake lines and replacing the fluid. My wife now felt safe driving the Jeep and we were not charged for parts and service not needed. Mike at the service desk was very friendly and informative. He had the Jeep serviced one day early. My only complaint was standing at the front service desk for a minute or two before someone helped us. We were waiting to hear what was found when Lucas inspected the Jeep. There were 3 service managers and no other customers at the front desk. A manager did state she would be with us shortly. More

Wonderful experience Vince and Megan were both extremely helpful and friendly. I spoke with Vince to make my appointment and he was sure to accommodate my schedule. Megan checked me in day of service and made sure my vehicle was lined up for all the services it needed. I was also having an issue with my one tire holding correct air pressure which she also made sure the mechanics fixed. I am not sure or my mechanics name, but they were great.
