Won't change my incorrect email address I have tried for more than a year to get this dealership, service center and company to correct the email address for the person who purchased a vehic I have tried for more than a year to get this dealership, service center and company to correct the email address for the person who purchased a vehicle from them — it wasn't me — and take mine out of their system. I am constently bombarded with emails about service that is due on the vehicle and advetisements for newer models from the company's corporate headquarters. I have contacted Michael Ginyard the sales rep, and people in the service department including the service director, Bob Bruce, and they've done nothing — as you can tell because I recieved this survey and have never been to their dealership. I feel bad that the real purchaser isn't getting the information they need. More

It had not been pulled outside and it took about 20 minutes before the cashier was able to find someone to bring the car out. Mike, the service desk person, was polite and personable. Work Done at Lucas Dodge Megan (service advisor) was amazing! I have an older Durango with a 3rd party warranty that did not want to cover repairs that they should based on t Megan (service advisor) was amazing! She texted me updates every step of the way and we even talked on the phone when it was needed. I will certainly be back at Lucas for any future needs or vehicle purchase. More

3 year relationship and no issues yet. I have been taking my vehicle to them for 3 years now and have never had an issue. I have always found them to be competitive price wise.
