Initially I was treated rudely by the sales person when I asked to speak to the manager. I couldn’t recall the managers name. There was clearly a lack of communication between the team members. I arrived at 2:50 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was aware that the shop guys normally leave at 3:00 but Kate got me in right away and made sure someone would service my vehicle. They diagnosed the problem with our Jeep, gave us options on the parts since it was taking a bit longer than usual, once they got the parts, they notified us and our Jeep was fixed. On the up and up.
