The service writers are good but the dealership needs more loaner cars for customers that have vehicles with recalls at least. My Jeep took 6 days (including the weekend) to fix a recall and I have 4 kid more loaner cars for customers that have vehicles with recalls at least. I had my oil changed in October and it cost me $95. I was there this past Friday, which was about 5 months later, and the bill was $145. Same service, same truck. I arrived earlier that morning to be dine before my wife arrived for her Wrangler service that included 2 recalls. The main recall was the lithium battery issue. She was told she would have to leave the car for 4 days for this service and there weren't any available rental vehicles available to her. When she made this appointment, she was not informed of any of this. Not the first time something like this happened. Last time, we were told it would tak into the next day. I drove my vehicle and dropped her off. We decided to go out for dinner. Before we even got there, 15 -20 minutes later, we got a call stating it was completed. She could have driven there and waited without taking a second vehicle. They just lost 2 customers. Never going there again More
