I came in for work that seems to be commonplace, a broken flange due to rusted bolts, and I think that these types manufacturer related issues on these vehicles should be given a price break when it comes to flange due to rusted bolts, and I think that these types manufacturer related issues on these vehicles should be given a price break when it comes to servicing to correct what never should have needed servicing in the first place. Better yet, these reoccurring issues should be under recall and not charged to the customer at all; especially after seeing that your mileage should not have warranted certain parts/component malfunction. I'm not too pleased with paying, out of my own pocket, for the mistake of the manufacturer... More

I called Monday (1/22), told them my issue and that I’d need an oil change. They said come in Thursday, it’s a known service bulletin issue (steering damper). I come in Thursday and it turns out the part is on back order. I got my oil change, everything went quick and well, but I’ll have to go back for the steering damper replacement. I wish I was told that the Monday I called, I would have preferred to get it all done at once. Aside from that, the wait for the oil change wasn’t long and the customer service was friendly. More

It took a month to get the TIPM replacement part from Stellantis-Chrysler but that was not Lucas fault. Kate my service adviser was very helpful.
