I was very unhappy with this visit to service. I scheduled my new van to come in to have the leak fixed and to have the towing package installed. Later in the day I got a cal, towing could not be installed because they did not have enough time as it was a two day install. Did she not know this when I scheduled the service, or when I dropped the van off? I had to schedule another date. Then the icing was when I picked up the van, the new license plates were still sitting on the car seat not installed. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated by the service department. My check engine light came on and I called service and was told their next available appointment was in like 8 days.
