Mike in Service is the absolute Best service advisor I've ever worked with. I am a car nut for 35 years. Dropped car off on a Sunday without an appointment in the night drop. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Bought a brand new Ram pickup (from different dealer) and noticed after one day there was a blinker issue. Took the truck to Lucas for service since Bought a brand new Ram pickup (from different dealer) and noticed after one day there was a blinker issue. Took the truck to Lucas for service since they are the closest dealer/service shop. I drove the car for only one day...and it is STILL in the shop a month later awaiting the needed part. Worse yet, four times now I have been given a date that the vehicle will be fixed and 4 times that date passed without so much as a call or email from Lucas. Every time I have to call and find out the part didn't arrive. I understand Lucas may not be able to control the shipping of Chrysler parts...BUT they do not attempt to communicate with their customers at all. After a month, I was finally told I was eligible for a courtesy car. Was told it would be ready for me at 8AM. I arranged a ride and showed up to pick up the car...was asked for my insurance card which I did not have on me because NO COMMUNICATION from Lucas that I needed it. After retrieving my insurance info, I was then asked for a credit card. Was also told this was a "rental" not a courtesy car. I was assured my card would not be charged but still reluctant to give this awful place a means to charge my card as I'm sure they wouldn't communicate to me properly if there was a charge. So now it is a month+ and counting with no vehicle...1 day after purchasing a brand new Ram. Avoid Ram. Avoid LUCAS. More
