We spoke to Jeff in the service department and after it was diagnosed, he called and explained clearly what the problem was, the approximate and when the Jeep would be done. The Jeep was done on time, the was diagnosed, he called and explained clearly what the problem was, the approximate and when the Jeep would be done. The Jeep was done on time, the problem fixed and the cost came in a little under approximate cost. Jeff was very pleasant to work with and kept us apprised of how everything was going. First and foremost I would like to thank Jeff. As soon as I arrived he meet outside took my key and got things rolling. He went above and beyond. I was there less than hour. Jeff set meet aside broke down everything price, time line, and even got me a loaner so I wouldn't miss work. To my great surprise my dodge ram was done under time and budget thanks too Jeff and his stellar mechanic OG. Unfortunately Jeff wasn't there too see my smiling face as I was blown away from seeing my headlight was changed . I hope after reading this that you would personally thank Jeff and OG for me. More
