The office staff just seemed like I was a burden. Anytime I was in there or anytime I called I felt like she just wanted to get rid of me as much as possible. My car needed an entire engine replaced and until I found that out, I waited days to get a loaner vehicle and/or hear what was going on with my car. The second it was fixed she immediately stated I needed to bring the loaner vehicle in ASAP. She was just not pleasant to deal with and I had so many questions that I didn’t even ask because of the way I was treated. Currently, my car is making noise and it says I need an oil change (after not having it for a month and a full engine swap-which should have meant that my oil got replaced) and I don’t want to go back to this location because of that service. Probably will never go back to this dealer and will not advise anyone to go there either. More
