I was shocked on the condition my car was in when we picked it up. 13 hundred dollars and you couldn’t take 5 minutes to spray the car down. It was absolutely filthy. You should be ashamed of your dealership returning a car to a customer in this condition. I’ve had work done on my cars many of times, and when it was returned to me it has always been clean. Great experience and they fixed the issue on my Jeep Wrangler. I had a leak at the rear main seal when I bought new, custom order from Jeep. I bought it at the Cherry Hill dealership, they are bad, and Wrangler. I had a leak at the rear main seal when I bought new, custom order from Jeep. I bought it at the Cherry Hill dealership, they are bad, and when I took it back they said “Well, there is a leak, but we are not going to fix it because it’s not that bad of a leak.” Uh??? I took it to Lucas, they confirmed there is a leak and right away said this needs to be fixed. The service agent was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The mechanic came out to discuss the issue with the service agent and me in detail and was very nice about it. They took their time to make sure I understood the issue. I will always take my Jeep back to Lucas. I am so disappointed that I didn’t buy it from Lucas. The Jeep place in Cherry Hill are rude, ignorant, and can’t be bothered. More
