Door hinges need to be replaced. I was told to find a dealer with a bodyshop. Why didn’t service offer to send it to the bodyshop they use. I felt totally disrespected. Soooo, I bought a 2004 Grand Cherokee from a used car dealer. It only came with one key. Searched for options. Decided to go to Lucas Chry, Jeep, Dodge. The staff were very helpful and professional. I wa dealer. It only came with one key. Searched for options. Decided to go to Lucas Chry, Jeep, Dodge. The staff were very helpful and professional. I was told to come in the next day at 7:30 AM. Making and programming key would take about an hour. Came in the next day at 7:30, checked in, went to waiting room. 30 minutes later, everything was done. I'm very happy I have a second key now. Would recommend Lucas Chry, Jeep, Dodge to family and friends. More
