I thought I was "lucky" going into this place. Originally, I was already looking into a vehicle that they had/have in stock. It started off smooth from the phone call to the moment i arrived. Once I arrived, I test drove the car while Kate was starting on the paperwork. First test drive was okay. I came back asking questions she couldn't answer. I questioned why there was a light on the dash. Kate said it was a a sensor issue that needed to be reset. We continued with the contract. During this transaction which seemed like an easy one for Kate to collect there was a couple. This couple had been there since afternoon deciding on a car. Towards the end of my transaction that same couple moved on. It was at that moment I made a terrible decision. Deal was done I collected my keys and drove off. The second time I drove off the lot with my purchased car i came to a red light and the car shut off. Turned it back on, immediately called lucky motors to my surprise no answer. This was only 5-10 minutes after I had left. The following day the tire pressure was low and the windshield was and is still chipped. I scanned it myself and there were multiple misfires, transmission issue, and a check engine light. The first time it was taken in the windshield gets a patched slapped on and the tires get air. A couple days later the tire is flat again, gets patched and the check engine light comes on. That was the first week with the car. The second week censors start going off and more lights on the dashboard appear. Twice at minimum the car shuts off creating traffic. I call it in just to get told by veronica that the car does that and that I just need to turn it back on. The car gets taken in once more to get looked at. Told by the mechanics it will be done same day. Was offered a loaner but none of their cars were drivable. So then a mechanic took me home. From morning til evening no word back. Had to take initiative and call them. They then told me the car is going to be taken back as a return due to my bank. They breached their contract. They are at high risk for anyone who buys a vehicle!! Two weeks later with a lack of communication, high hopes, no accountability, unprofessionalism, and a team with no sense of direction-you can say I am disappointed. The owner Kate wanted that quick sale, wasn't concerned for the customer, and does not take accountability. She cannot lead her team let alone run a business. Be aware and purchase at your own risk!! More

Lucky Motors and Chris specifically made buying my Corvette quick and easy. I'd been looking online and was actually two states away from Lucky, but they got the deal done, the paperwork completed, an Corvette quick and easy. I highly recommend these guys, and won't buy another car without checking with them first. More

The experience that I have had with Lucky Motors has been terrible and a reoccurring nightmare that has cost me over $2,000 and has left me without a vehicle for over 3 and a 1/2 months. Upon purchasing the terrible and a reoccurring nightmare that has cost me over $2,000 and has left me without a vehicle for over 3 and a 1/2 months. Upon purchasing the vehicle I noticed it may have been leaking gas. We agreed that I would purchase the vehicle with a signed agreement that the vehicle would be fixed. The mechanic and sales associate assured me that I could drive the vehicle home and bring the vehicle back over the weekend to fix the small gas leak. Driving the vehicle home it stalled and needed to be towed back to the dealership. The dealership kept the vehicle for over 3 months with little communication of completing the repairs. The dealership did provide me a car during the time of the repair, but when the vehicle was returned to me it continued to have problems. When I asked for a repair log of all the work or parts the dealership used to fix the vehicle-they were not able to produce the logs or receipts of the parts they reported they purchased. The car continues to leak gas and it is not operable. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership but have not received a plan of how the they will remedy the issue of them knowingly selling me a bad car, tried to cover it up and now continues to ignore me. Horrible Experience! Never Profile! This my far has been my worst experience! I came in “definitely dressed down” to test drive and leave with car the same day. I explained to the sales guy that I would not be financing through any of their lenders but I would utilize my credit union for some and pay cash for the remaining balance. The ran a hard inquiry on my credit and failed to mention it was a mistake until I received the notification and inquired about it. Yes, I am a Black woman, so the sales guy comes back to me after I was offered a “sales job” by their boss and questions if I will be paying with a personal check? I advised him I would be paying with a business check and he then proceed to ask me if it was able to be cashed without bouncing! I own two successful businesses in WI and gross more than literally everyone that was physically working that day. It was offensive, degrading and out right rude. I drove down the street from the place a found the same model car, newer at a cheaper price & I did pay cash!! More

He was very patient along the way, negotiating in good faith and explaining each and every detail to me. In addition, he was pleasant and easy to deal with, which I also found enormously helpful.
