Not only did Bill and Chris find the car I wanted within 2 days, but the pricing was great. Anytime I had a question I was able to text or call him and within a few minutes he was returning my calls. Mentally and Emotionally Draining - They love your time and have no respect for it. In fact, if you have a bad experience they'll buy you a cup of coffee to talk about it in an attempt to keep you there longer so they can mentally wear you down more in an attempt to destroy your decision-making skills so you just buy the vehicle from them. Don't worry, they are more than willing to talk but not make it right. Pushing the Gray line as close to evil as possible and crossing over it - Their sales staff will strategically stand in front of car issues when talking to you to hide them. When you point them out a simple "huh" response and diversion to something else is the response. Hearing them talk in the background about "how you've got to control the buyer" was interesting as well. Inaccurate listings - the vehicles we came in to see were falsely advertising features on their website. TONS of in accuracies. Check EVERYTHING when working with them. Assuming nothing, they are not your friend and will take advantage of you at any turn. Not knowledgeable at all on the products they are selling. Be sure you know the technical details on everything because they have no clue. All Sizzle no Steak AND No accountability - We had the absolute displeasure of working with Tony (the "negotiator", Patrick the "inept sales kid", and Chuck the "do you know where the owner's manual is" service dept manager and everyone in Detailing who apparently do nothing all day long). We were told a number of things would be fixed on the vehicle we were about to buy and NOTHING was done BUT were given a lot of really ridiculous excuses. We were actually assured the items mentioned would be fixed and were already fixed. A lot of passing the buck between staff. LOTS of discussions and no results. It was like a circus - A CIRCUS GONE BAD! Enjoy Responsibly More

Very Bad I purchased a 2016 GT 350 with 2000 miles on it. At first everything went fine, Mike the sales manager was on top of it and even stored the vehicle wh I purchased a 2016 GT 350 with 2000 miles on it. At first everything went fine, Mike the sales manager was on top of it and even stored the vehicle while the snow melted in Maine. I asked Mike to inspect the vehicle for any dings, scratches or imperfections. He wrote back "In regards to the condition I just did a thorough walk around. There is an Extremely very light scrape under the Plastic front bumper splitter under the splitter itself. Other than that I didn't notice anything else at all and I walked around it like 5 times going from top too bottom." When the vehicle came you can imagine my disappointment when the bill of lauding had 7 scratches 5 dents and one dent marked as major damage. This bill of lauding was signed by a representative of the dealership and the truck driver. I asked Mike to cover the front spoiler which was about $370 plus $50 to install. The total cost to repair the vehicle would be roughly $1,000. I was asking for less than half. Mike said he would buy the part but I wanted the $50 to install it and asked to speak to the owner. I guess spending $54,000 at Lucky Motors isn't enough for the owner to talk to me. Mike told me he offered $200. Stay away from this dealership! More
