Sales Manager is an Ace! I purchased a new truck and cannot think higher of a car salesman than I do of the Sale Manager at this location. We had a new salesman initially and I purchased a new truck and cannot think higher of a car salesman than I do of the Sale Manager at this location. We had a new salesman initially and this Sales Manager got immediately involved to massage the process along. I changed vehicles in the deal overnight to watch my expenses and he was very accommodating. I did not like the $2500 addendum on every vehicle that this dealership offers for the 1 year subscription of ding removal, lost key replacement, tinted side windows, and edge guards. These add ons has a large profit margin for the dealership is why they do it to every vehicle, but it does not add value for the consumer. Regardless, I took the deal so I owned the responsibility for it. I hope they see the error in their ways and eliminate it at some juncture. This is the 5th Truck that Ive purchased from this dealership. Since purchasing it Ive experienced minor problems in the manufacturing of the truck that was not the dealerships fault. Chris has taken an interest in our needs and has been more than welcoming to help address the smallest of details... after the deal has closed and probably has no obligation to do so. Its like an honor code with him and the team. I could have not been more impressed. I hope this dealership realizes how important he must be for them. Lastly, the business manager demonstrated great hospitality. Even the GM demonstrates a level of professionalism that pleasantly surprised us. More
