Robert -updated 01/05/19 Robert was attentive and understanding with my situation. I went in with a number in my head and him and his associates delivered. Test drive was stre Robert was attentive and understanding with my situation. I went in with a number in my head and him and his associates delivered. Test drive was stress free, the car was clean and cleaned again. Robert was great, however Lugoff ford sold a car and didn’t disclose steering issues. It wasn’t until the car showed tire wear after 90 days that the alignment was brought into question, and the severity of the situation came out. After spending all of this money on a car, I had to spend more money on a set of tires, and a complete alignment including a subframe adjustment to get the car in spec. Inspect your cars. More
