Sales guy lied about vehicle inventory just to get me there. I was very clear on what I wanted and he just got me there to try and sell me something on the lot that I didn't want. He wasted my time and I will never go back there now. I quickly walked out, called Lunghamer and was happy with the experience. Katie Rola was so helpful, friendly and was not at all pushy. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and not one of them pushed anything on me. I would definitely recommend and go back there again. More

A most comfortable car buying experience Viewing the newspaper ad's, I felt that I might be able to enter into a lease at a price within my budget. I have purchased 4 new autos in my life, leased 5 and this is the most comfortable experience I have had. Excellent experience. Chris made the process painless. My husband initially came in to look at a new Buick Envision. We left with a new Envision for him (purchase) and a new Encore for me (lease). Chris made the whole process painless from start to finish. He was patient, let us take long test drives, and even came up with ways (on his own!) to save us more money. I appreciated that he worked hard to get us a great deal because no one enjoys haggling at the dealership. The actual paperwork process of leasing and buying went very quickly because Chris was super-prepared and had all the paperwork ready ahead of time. Jennifer in the finance department is also great and very good at her job. I really recommend Chris, and we will be using Chris and Lunghamer for all our future GM purchases/leases.
