Finance manager doesn’t adequately explain the process. Prints a folder and picks a bank and ask you to sign paperwork. The day we was there he was rushing to ge his daughter. After signing, I looked at my Prints a folder and picks a bank and ask you to sign paperwork. The day we was there he was rushing to ge his daughter. After signing, I looked at my paperwork and asked the sales people what this $590 charge was for. They didn’t know. Then said extended warranty well that was $2300 at the bottom. I get home and look again the $590 was a scratch and dent policy we never asked for and it’s no cancellable. Also I was not asked about gap insurance. I like my vehicle but transparency is definitely missing and the financing needs to be communicated and working with the customer more. In the office instead of preparing it and sign here. More
