I called in for brake replacement with rotor and sensors on my 2019 Sierra Denali with 30k miles (I know, Joke Right?) $440.00 on the phone. Pull up to Steves desk, hmm been here before and I will tell you of that bad experience. But since they said $440.00 and I can buy parts for $310.00 I said good deal. Steve ohno probably $580 but we can have them done today, I get the call late in the afternoon, yeah $580, your back left has only 2mm left on it. ( I though to myself just had it off the day before and they had little over 1/8"..so new math guys 1/8"=less than 2 mm???) So second day get the call trucks done $780.00 xxx???? how did you go from $440-$580-$780???? well we had to recalibrate your emergency brake....duh... I never agreed to that. So last time I brought a van in for alignment and tires, same hijacking of price but worse I started having starting issues and power issues so I looked at battery and guess what??? They loosened both terminals all they way to the last few threads and it burnt up the battery. I believe they were fishing for work because of the car shortage and all??? What do you think?? Shame on me for coming back again. But surely the last time, and last sierra. Shame on GMC . Shame on Lunghammer.... More
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have never gone to a car dealership & had a car salesman or manager absolutely refuse to negotiate any terms or pricing of the vehicle. T ever had. I have never gone to a car dealership & had a car salesman or manager absolutely refuse to negotiate any terms or pricing of the vehicle. The salesman was helpful at first, but once we started discussing numbers & they did not match what I had originally calculated he became quite snippy. The finance representative for the dealership immediately had a distasteful tone & attitude when beginning the finance paperwork. They asked about our lean holder information & I informed them twice who the lean holder was & the address & they asked in a extremely rude tone “well can you get it out,” completely unaware I had just given the information to them twice. When they went to approve the paperwork through the manager, they informed me that they do not accept wire transfers & I would need to drive two hours back home to get a check from my bank & come back. I woke up that morning at 6am to drive 2 hours to the dealership with my kids. The absolute soonest I could return to sign the paperwork for the car was Saturday, 3 days later. They informed me that even if I paid my $10,000 down payment, they would not hold the car for me for 3 days. They typed up purchase agreement, expected me to get approved for the loan, get the check, & drive back the very next day, all while telling me they couldn’t guarantee someone wouldn’t come buy it out from under me in the next 24hours. I asked to speak to the manager because I have never had a more difficult or frustrating purchase in my life. The manager came out & began talking down to me, interrupting me as I was talking, stood up & began to walk away as I was talking, & then informed me that they actually do except wire transfers. When I asked for the owners contact information, the salesman walked to the back, called the front desk where the manager was standing who then walked over but stood 15ft away to tell me to call the dealership mainline & ask for Joe. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and I will never return to purchase a car from them. More
Advertising trucks they don’t have. It’s the same story with every GM dealership. We as consumers know what you sell you don’t need to advertise vehicles you don’t have. I drove 6 hours to pick a truck up at the dealership. Photos of the truck were angled perfectly to hide the frame of the truck. When i got there the whole entire bottom of the truck was coated in rust. I Photos of the truck were angled perfectly to hide the frame of the truck. When i got there the whole entire bottom of the truck was coated in rust. I asked 4 separate times if the rust would be covered under the corrosion warrenty. I did not want to take the truck home if it was not. I was reassured several times that it would be covered so I could take it to my local GMC dealership to get recoated so the rust did not get any worse. Well it turns out that the warranty did not cover any of it. And they knew i would be driving over 150 miles home so there was no way to return the truck with the 3 day 150 mile policy. Deeply disappointed in the deception. More
worked with a jordan in sales and what an experience to say the least, literally talked to him 24 hours before i went in to go put a deal together and I told him the situation. when I got there to work num say the least, literally talked to him 24 hours before i went in to go put a deal together and I told him the situation. when I got there to work numbers he couldn't remember anything and basically didnt want to move forward to do anything. at one point when his manager came over to talk to me to go over the situation, the salesman started like huffing and puffing. I literally thought i was watching a 16 year old girl have a melt down. after that the 4 other dealers i went at prior to going to lunghamer were at anywhere from 2500-3500 for a trade, he came out at 500. I never have written a bad review in my life because I understand people have bad days. but this guy showed me at least 3 or 4 times during the deal that he wanted nothing to do with me. More
I would give zero stars if possible! If you are a GM employee or retiree looking for employee pricing do not go here. Dealer adds $800 to price of vehicle for paint and fab proof and it is take it or l employee or retiree looking for employee pricing do not go here. Dealer adds $800 to price of vehicle for paint and fab proof and it is take it or leave it. This is very unethical in a time of new vehicle shortages. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS! More
On 07/22/2021 I bought a used Toyota RAV 4 at Lunghamer dealership. Having 147K the car was sold as is. I drove the car for 4 miles and used a OBDII professional diagnose tool, to make sure the car was OK dealership. Having 147K the car was sold as is. I drove the car for 4 miles and used a OBDII professional diagnose tool, to make sure the car was OK. 45 days later the motor started to do a loud knocking sound. The mechanic said the car motor was treated with the so called "Motor Honey" which made sure the knocking noise went away without fixing the problem. The motor needs to be changed. I have two mechanics quote the job. One quoted $ 10,000 and the other $ 8,000. I bought the car for $ 5,207. I called Mike Abo, who sold me the car. He told me to call Doug, his manager, which I did and left a message. I also left a message with Jennifer Bell who is in charge of contract agreement. The car was sold "as is". However no major issues were disclosed either verbally nor in written form. Following article can be read on https://www.theconsumerlawgroup.com/practice_areas/auto-fraud.cfm Undisclosed Frame Damage Could Be Grounds for a Fraud Charge It is not illegal for a dealer to sell cars that have previously been in an accident or have mechanical problems, but he is required to disclose any problems he knows about, if asked! There is no requirement to disclose accidents or problems he knows about unless asked about it by you. So always ask about any prior accidents or mechanical problems, and always have a witness with you. If you purchase a used car and later discover that it has frame damage that you were not told about, you may have a case against the dealer for fraud. Working with an auto fraud attorney will make the process of seeking compensation much easier. Call The Consumer Law Group for more information about pursuing an auto fraud case. Hope we can solve this directly. Best, Rick Pesserl More

This is the WORST dealership EVER.. If I have one person not deal with what I have dealt with it's better. You buy from a dealership so you can trust you are getting a good car. I bought a 2014 GMC with 50, not deal with what I have dealt with it's better. You buy from a dealership so you can trust you are getting a good car. I bought a 2014 GMC with 50,000 miles on it. ONLY four months later it just got out of the shop for 3,000 in repairs. THEY NEVER checked this car over. My mechanic said this is the WORST kept car he has EVER seen and any mechanic would have seen there was a HUGE problem in the engine that they would have had to over ride codes on. They seen my husband coming from a mile away not being a car guy and trusting the car was checked. That's why he bought from a dealership and not some guy off the road. STAY away I have called this place three times and left messages with NO return phone call. DONT GO NEAR THIS PLACE. More
