Excellent service and impeccable attention to quality for Lunghamer Ford of Owosso (LFO) Service Department. The past few months have taken a 2016 F-150 for maintenance and manufacturer recalls. Each and every time Mr. kevin Hoover and company were welcoming, professional, and explained the issues in detail prior and during repairs. Mr. Hoover was also key with his assistance navigating Ford Motor Company recalls. The work was completed on a timely basis and price was as quoted at the start of the process. Moreover, the truck was returned impeccably cleaned. LFO will be No. 1 next investment based on the quality of the Service Department. Recommend LFO 100%. thank you, Sincerely, Francisco J.
