Shady, I see a truck on the internet I inquire about it. I get a call we talk and we go thru the whole thing credit and all. Everything was a go. I told them I would be In the next day after work. So now it I get a call we talk and we go thru the whole thing credit and all. Everything was a go. I told them I would be In the next day after work. So now it's the next day I get a call from Sara and she informs me that there 3 other people in line to buy the truck. I was caught off guard since I thought we had a deal and I was coming in to pick it up. We'll sara tells me "we do not have a deposit from you". I said I'm sorry you never asked and I was going to do that when I picked up the truck. Then she says we'll it would be non refundable. I felt like this was a hard sell tactic and I was caught off guard. Mind you I've been in cars for years and I would never pull something like this. Very shady and unprofessional. Sara tells me well we still have the other truck. So I felt like they were trying to get two sales in. She was going to call me back but almost two hrs later after the last person I guess didn't buy the truck. Shady I will not buy a thing from them. Poor customer service and super shady. He is very good at his job and explained everything thoroughly. My dad bought his first car (Olds station wagon) back in the mid 1980s when he moved to MN from this exact dealership…fast forward 40 years, and he is now buying his last car!
