Experience I want no one to go through Rusty & Carl were great. Communication sucks . Bought a truck a month ago and it was in the shop for 14 days because of a checked engine light. When I did have the truck I had it for 16 days and drove 600 miles and I had to fill up the truck 3 times because of bad fuel injectors (after i had to self diagnose it myself after the taking my truck my back the second time after they had it for 13 days and check engine light came on). Not only did my onstar connected services expire without me even getting a chance to use but my dealer warranty was bs since I didnt even have the truck for 30 days. Didnt even get paperwork of what they worked on with the truck. Wish I can get some sort of compensation because i havent been excited at all about getting this truck . Still thinking about returning it. Still pretty pissed even though it looks likes for once my truck is finally fixed and ive spent $200 filling up gas on my truck and filling up the two loaner cars theyve had to give me . That couldve went to me buying a bed cover . More
"your problem now" "gotcha" approach. Don't recommend. Very poor customer service after they sold me a used car. The man who sold me the car told me it was in "perfect condition passing green on a 50 point inspection". I get it home and the wiper fluid sprays out through the floor. Yeah - not perfect. He said they'd fix it, but he quit. Left voicemails and emails with varying people with 0 response as I explained my issue - they don't care and wouldn't even call me back to tell me that. I go in and the guys at the shop won't honor it. They don't legally need to fix it...but morally, yes. Lost a customer...will take my service elsewhere. More
