There was a little confusion at first about where I needed to bring the vehicle for the warranty work as it was not a GM and I purchased it from Lupient used with an extended warranty. When the car was purchased we asked for the oil service deal but was made aware that was not credited into the account. No effort was made to rectify the situation and was told we would not be able to purc deal but was made aware that was not credited into the account. No effort was made to rectify the situation and was told we would not be able to purchase the deal, even though the mistake was made on Lupients end. Also told we have to pay for a $700 service in order to retain lifetime warranty. That was never disclosed during the purchasing process and no effort was made to explain what that service would entail. Extremely disappointed and will definitely be rescinding any recommendation I had for Lupient and making as many people aware of what felt like a scam. This what was otherwise a great purchasing experience several months ago. More
