Major breakdown during vacation While on vacation our truck broke down with major transmission issues. My wife and I decided to purchase a newer used truck rather than repair it. The salesman Dana, and used car rep Dave, did not have what we wanted in stock at their location. They graciously referred us to another dealer in their automotive group, and actually helped us find multiple vehicles to look at, and then set us up with an appointment with the other dealers salesman. We purchased a vehicle from the other dealership. Lupient Chevrolet in Bloomington then purchased our old vehicle to help us out. This type customer support is practically never seen. They helped immeasurably. I would highly recommend dealing with Lupient Chevrolet in Bloomington. Their kindness and caring to strangers is amazing. They saved our vacation.
