As a goodwill gesture, and in the interest of customer satisfaction, we diagnosed the current issues per GM guidelines at no additional cost. Our certified, factory trained technician performed specific tests and also retested after repair was made in July. No other issues arose at that time. Automobiles are complex machines in which numerous electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems work together and sometimes more than one issue can arise within the lifespan of the vehicle. We only replace necessary parts and advise on additional issues when we see them - as we did in this case.
