Awful Expierence, Avoid at all costs The dealership worked on my car 90 days ago and then the same issue acted up again. I took the car back in and the dealership claimed it was a differe The dealership worked on my car 90 days ago and then the same issue acted up again. I took the car back in and the dealership claimed it was a different issue although the error codes were the same. I had to waste almost a full day of work to try and get this resolved. After a heated conversation with the service manager Jeremy Harding, they refused to fix the issue that they had already charged me $1300 to "look at". Simply pathetic and a very poor customer experience as well as a bunch of hack leadership and mechanics. Huge embarrassment for the Lupient group. More

Brought my 2011 Chevy Silverado in for analysis and repair. AC got everything rolling, kept me informed every step of the way. Explained the problem, possible solutions and ultimately the problem. AC and his team were very professional and did the best they could to control my costs. Because of the complexity of the repair it had to remain overnight. I was provided with a very nice rental car and at a very reasonable price, which was deducted from my final repair bill. Thanks George for making that a smooth and painless process. More

Great Customer Service! I was out driving with my 2 year old in the car and groceries and my car starting acting up and stalled. I called the dealership to say I was heading in and was hoping someone could look, but understood it was a Saturday and they were likely busy. They said I could bring it on in, but it might have to wait until Monday. Understandable! I pulled in and they ran the code, and one of the service techs Steve - offered to stay late and help us out! He stayed an hour past his shift to help me out! And Todd Wilson, is amazing! This is the second time I have come in and he has helped me. So kind and patient! Great customer service!!!! I can't thank you enough! Thank you for helping a frazzled Mom with a 2 year old and thawing groceries! More

I show up at my appointment time and they tell me I have to leave my car for a full day and pay $500+ for the repair before they even look at the car-as soon as I arrive. They lied to me to get me here and left me with no option but to pay them for the repair because my key was stuck in my ignition and I park on the street at home... - plus pay for a cab home. Never use this dealership. I never will again. More

Warranty service repair I had to take my car a 2013 Chevy Maliu in two different time for warranty work. I did not buy my car here but the service I received was outstanding. I had to take my car a 2013 Chevy Maliu in two different time for warranty work. I did not buy my car here but the service I received was outstanding. My service consultant was Todd Wilson. He provided me with tremendous knowledge as to what was wrong with my car and very pleasant to work with. Called me right away when my car was done. Set me up with a nice loaner car the second time. The technician/s that worked on my car knew exactly what was wrong with the car, I am very pleased with the all around service I received. Another time I stopped in to get another key made for my car and that gentleman cut the key right away. I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes. Thank you so much for everything. Darla Hudson More

Marlin Stine called my at 9:00 AM and told me they were working on the truck and gave me some options to troubleshoot the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable about the service required and very patient with me as I checked with my husband to approve the $743 cost. I'm sure he called me at least five times with updates on the work just to make sure the truck was finished in time for my son to go to work that afternoon. This was our first time visiting Lupient in Bloomington, MN. We were pleased with the service and their ability to help with a critical safety issue.
