Christina the finance manager is extremely unprofessional and she has 0 de-escalation skills. I was able to drive off the lot with the car, but was still being asked to provide a bunch of stuff after the fac and she has 0 de-escalation skills. Finance Manager Christina Bernd was very pleasant and made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. This dealership was no pressure, informative, transparent, and did not try to pull any deceptive practices. There was no typical back and forth haggling over sales price and bouncing from salesman to sales manager to store manager. This was my third Honda purchase and my best purchase experience thusfar. If you are interested in a Honda purchase in the Dallas, TX area, then you should run to this dealership and snag a year end deal for yourself.
